Shipping & Returns
The shipping charges are automatically calculated by our shop for 1 package and shown to you before completing your order. A variety of factors are taken into account:
Billing and delivery address, possible delivery charges.
"Long" or "bulky goods" packages are not automatically considered.
Depending on weight and delivery destination, we use various shipping partners in order to offer you the best possible rate. We reserve the right to choose the shipping partner and the number of packages ourselves for technical shipping reasons. Should higher shipping costs arise, we will contact you immediately.
Long (national postal shipments only):
This surcharge applies if the length of the package exceeds 1.20 m, while the girth (= length + 2 x width + 2 x height) does not exceed 3.60 m.
Bulky goods:
Bulky goods include packages that exceed the maximum rectangular dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 cm. Exceeding even one of these dimensions is already considered bulky goods, for example 70 x 65 x 30 cm.
Freight forwarding:
Hoods and windshields, as well as large-volume deliveries, are generally shipped only by freight forwarding. (You will receive a separate quotation.)
UPS:
Deliveries that are not in rectangular form are shipped via UPS. (You will receive a separate quotation.)
Shipping recommendation for Spain and Greece:
Due to the long transit times of postal and DPD parcels, we recommend shipping via UPS.
Zone 5:
Unfortunately, shipping costs for orders from Zone 5 cannot be calculated automatically. You will receive a separate quotation.
